Students also get exposure to subjects like Critical Thinking, Legal Writing, Moot Court, Internship and Professional Ethics. Law plays an unique role in enabling them to interact with the society in a holistic way. |
1. The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognized University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks). 2. Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply. Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognized University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.
3. The candidate shall have passed the Common Law Admission Test for LL.M. (CLAT PG) / PGCETL for 2023 with valid score or will have to appear for Entrance test conducted by NMIMS (Deemed to-be-University). |

Master's degree in Law (LLM) or a professional degree declared equivalent to the master's degree in Law (LLM) by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7 - point scale ( or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an assessment and accreditation agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority. established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accreditation or assuring quality and standards of educational institute. |

For Law examination of the apex bodies in higher / technical professional education or other equivalent with valid score in validity period are exempted from NMIMS entrance test. However they have to appear for personal interview. |
