A Guest Lecture was organised for the First Year BA and BBA classes on the topic of Consumer Protection Act by Mr. Jehangir Gai who is a leading Consumer activist and also a columnist on Consumer Protection in various newspapers. He guided the students with the detailed procedure for filing a Consumer Compliant apart from discussing the jurisdiction of the various consumer forums. He also dealt in detail about the various cases dealing with defect in goods and deficiency in services.
