Introduction:-

I am an academic, researcher, translator, blogger, poet-writer (in-making), and a public speaker from the Western Ghats of India (ORCID ID - 0000-0002-8504-3311). I have demonstrated teaching experience since 2014 of teaching courses in English Language (ELT to ESL/EFL), Communication Skills, and English Literature to the UG, PG, and professional learners of Science, Arts (ELT/Lit.), and Engineering disciplines. A keen traveller, mindful observer, and avid reader of world literature, I juggle my time between teaching, researching, translating, blogging, and composing poetry.

An M.A. Gold Medallist and B.Ed. Topper, I did M.Phil. in Travel Writing (Hajj Pilgrimage accounts of the 19th Century) and have earned a PhD in English Language Teaching (ELT, ESL). I have edited a few reputed journals as a guest editor, besides presenting my research in national and international workshops, seminars and conferences while writing research papers and book chapters and delivering invited expert lectures. As a convener and coordinator, I have successfully convened and coordinated a few international academic events. I currently have three books in my name entitled "Life: An Intriguing Roller Coaster" (Ukiyoto Publishing, Canada, 2020), "(Her)Voice from Within" (Ukiyoto Publishing, Canada, 2021) and "Travel Writing: The Dynamics of Knowledge Production" (Lincom Publishing, 2022).
