She also holds an LL.M. (Gold Medalist) from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1996, and LL.B. (Gold Medalist) from Panjab University Chandigarh in 1994. She received a Scholarship under the Government of India National Scholarship Scheme and was recommended for the British Chevening Scholarship. Additionally, she has qualified the UGC NET.
About the Faculty
Dr. Nagpal completed her Ph.D. in Laws (Human Rights Approach to Sustainable Development in National and International Regime) from Panjab University Chandigarh in 2013. She also holds an LL.M. (Gold Medalist) from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1996, and LL.B. (Gold Medalist) from Panjab University Chandigarh in 1994. She received a Scholarship under the Government of India National Scholarship Scheme and was recommended for the British Chevening Scholarship. Additionally, she has qualified the UGC NET.
Before joining NMIMS, she served as Additional Director, Professor, and Dean at Delhi Metropolitan Education, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Dr. Nagpal also worked as Dean and Professor at the School of Law & Constitutional Studies, Shobhit University, Meerut.
She has experience as the program coordinator and examiner for the MHRD, UGC E-PATHSHALA project in collaboration with NLU, Delhi. Dr. Nagpal has delivered guest lectures in various reputed law schools, supervised Ph.D. scholars, published research papers in leading National & International Journals, and participated in approximately twenty-five National and International Seminars. She currently serves as an editor and member of the editorial board for leading law journals internationally and in India.
