The Moot Court Committee of Kirit P Mehta School of Law, SVKM’s NMIMS Mumbai successfully conducted the 8th Intra Moot Court Competition from 13th to 15th October, 2023. Students from Second Year and above pursuing undergraduate courses at KPMSOL participated in the Intra Moot Court Competition. 90 Teams across all batches presented arguments from the Petitioner and Respondent side. Each team consisted of 3 members: 2 Speakers and 1 Researcher. The Moot Proposition was based on Constitutional and Criminal Law & Law and Technology.
On Day 1, 13th October, the Committee conducted the Draw of Lots and Memorial Exchange at the Mini Auditorium, NMIMS Building.
On Day 2 and 3, 14th and 15th October, Teams competed against each other and presented their Oral Arguments to a distinguished panel of judges consisting of various Associates, Senior Associates and High Court Advocates specialising in the field of Constitutional and Criminal Law.
