5th International Moot Court was held from 11th -13th August, 2023. The theme for IMCC’23 was ‘Investment Treaty Arbitration’. The proposition was drafted by Ms.Priyanka Shetty, Partner at AZB & Partners. 28 teams participated in the Competition which included 27 National teams from reputed law college all over the country and 1 International team from Nepal Law Campus.The event was sponsored by Stratage Law Partners. The Final Bench was graced by Former Chief Justice Bombay High Court, Hon’ble Justice Shri R.D.Dhanuka. The competition was appreciated by all judges as well as the participants. HPNLU, Shimla won the competition, while MNLU, Mumbai were the runner-ups.
