On the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) which commemorates the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, SVKM's NMIMS Kirit P Mehta School of Law organised a programme in Mithibhai Seminar Hall.
The program started with Prof. Rakesh Nambiar administering the Pledge to the students. This was followed by a speech by Dean, Dr. Alok Misra on the life and contribution of late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Dean also reminded the students about the role played by the late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in the unification of the country in general and particularly the integration of the princely states into the Union of India and how he can be rightly described as the 'Bismarck' of India.
