The reputed guest completed his education from Government Law College (GLC). Mr. Bharat Mehta is currently the Executive Vice President, Regional General Counsel and Ethics and Compliance Officer- India and Asia Pacific at Capgemini. Sir is associated with Capgemini since 2011 and has served as the Senior vice president too.
Prior to 2011, Mr Mehta was associated with Oracle and was there for 14 years as the Vice President. Sir has a vast experience in the field of Corporate Governance, Corporate law and intellectual property. Also, sir possesses high knowledge in the domain of Joint ventures, Mergers, Employment law, Business Ethics, Contract Negotiation etc.

During the guest lecture, the Hon’ble guest orated about:
1. How law was perceived 20 years back and how it is perceived now.
2. Evolution of work then and now from a legal perspective.
3. High dependency of human beings on technology and gave exhaustive examples and
implications about the same with the help of a video.
4. His own experiences regarding use of technology back in the day when he had started working.
5. Also, discussed with the students various challenges that the growing use of technology possess.
6. Data breach and cyber security.
Outcome
Mr. Bharat’s awe-inspiring conversation and astonished life experiences in various law fields helped students in gaining knowledge and Students felt motivated.
